Nee Help Please

I need someone to help me with paypal, as in like im not sure how buy my account has like 25$ on it and i cant use it until its linked to somewhere so i can use it but i have no way to link it but i want them to just send me a check with the balance(they can do that?)

 

if it's on your paypal account, then you must have it linked to your bank account. if it's not linked to your bank account, then you will not be able to withdraw it.
