    Wasn't sure if it was just an IP audit full of VPNs or not but 'wadim's' IP audit only has two accounts - him and NCAAN. Also joined on the same day that Manila was last active (November 15th).

    I looked into some of wadim's evasion just to make sure and he is from a different country than NCAAN. Manila is also from a different country, and he was banned due to our spam filter.
