Explanation of the trade: I've been having services done on my account by someone in his discord for months now, never having issues. Now noticed my account has all the gold (Summing up to nearly 40b in items and gold) has been stolen, and Snake is claiming that it's my loss because I left the gold on my account. But I was never explicitly told to take any wealth off my account or how much the worker was "insured" up till. Worker admitted they were the reason the gold was stolen, then promptly disappeared and stopped responding to messages.
How they scammed: Worker stole all my wealth, now he claims it's my fault and I eat the cost.

The account that got its wealth stolen had rs3 questing services done on his account from the 26th til the 27th of January with a bank of 10b rs3.

Today 17th February eric claims "almost 40b" was taken from the account.

The user did not follow the tos he had almost 3 weeks to change the password to this account.

All other services was on a GIM that started on the 29th January and this account has not been affected

Snake is claiming I should've changed my password after the service on my main was complete. However it is a Jagex account, so that password would remove access to my other account (the GIM) that snake admitted services were still being done on. I've been having this worker do work on my accounts for the longer part of 2 and a half months now, the intention was to continue having them do services as well. Never once was I told that I shouldn't keep wealth on my accounts, I even inquired about getting service work done on my OSRS iron that has a bank value of 8b+ and was told "It's not an issue." So why would I assume now suddenly there's an issue with having wealth on my account.

I'd also like to point out that he's refusing to take ownership of his own employee admitting that the gold is gone due to them. Not that it was my fault in any shape or form. His worker stole or got my gold stolen, they even tried to log into all of my other accounts on both OSRS and Rs3 to get as much out of it as they could. The worker admitted to how much it was in the DM's I previously posted. Snake refuses to take ownership for the workers he hired and trusted.

Seems pretty unfair that even though what would be considered a literal admission of guilt, and the fact that whoever went on my account to sell let bank including getting rid of literal dyed items would need my complex bank pin. Which the worker had and admitted to keeping on a notepad by his computer. That the service provider is now being held not liable because i can’t prove there was wealth on my account or that I didn’t take it off.

Why would I remove dyes from my items, or sell items worth millions for less then 1k gp. That doesn’t make sense at all, especially when you factor in the fact that the worker is now completely missing and non responsive and that I bought the gold that was on the account aside from the black phat from the service provider lmao. You’re essentially saying it’s completely okay to steal from people because it’s impossible to prove how much gold someone has on their account at any given time. How am I supposed to prove there was wealth on my account if he’s logged in and stolen it? There’s no trade logs or ip logs of logging in and out. This is pretty ridiculous and very unfair.
