Ban Dispute

Sythe,

My username, XziisT, has been permanently banned as of August 29, 2012.

A few hours before my permanent ban, I had received a temporary ban that would have been lifted on Friday, August 31.

In general, the two reports on my Sythe account were related to 'offsite backhat activities' and stated that I am a "hacker." The reports both linked my various posts and activity on the Internet community HackForums which has no affiliation to this community.

It is very clear that one can distinguish the two communities as mentioned above. Both communities have their own rules, own environment, and own users. However, many, many users interact with HackForums as they do with other forums including Sythe. Why is it that I am being punished for my assumed activity on HackForums and having it carried over on Sythe? What about the underground communities that get involved with blackhat, fraud, and other illegal activities? You have no knowledge of those communities because they are not public, but I can without a doubt assure you members within this community have access to them and are actively involved. None of this talk will be spoken to a community like Sythe so it is kept completely private.

So, Sythe, locate me to my activity on this community where I am breaking the rules. I have reviewed the rules and conditions, and I have not broken a single one. I have not been suspicious, harmful, or threatening during my time here. I intend to stick with this community for the RuneScape aspect where I can freely interact and contribute. Suspicion and envy is one thing, but jumping to conclusions is another.
