Naruto: Returns with 4 Additional Episodes

In a post to the official Naruto website, in celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the original anime's debut, the first of four all-new episodes of the anime will begin airing in September 2023 for all fans to see. Unfortunately, the announcement did not include any details as to what the new episodes will be about, though as suggested by Anime Network News, the story is expected to happen somewhere in the timeline of the original series. To pump up interest, reruns of the original series will begin being broadcast in July. There has also been some speculation that the four episodes will be remakes of important past ones, similar to how Naruto's anime previously celebrated its anniversary. I for one see them modifying existing episodes... if by some chance they actually make 4-New Episodes I wonder what would they would be about?​

probably about side characters rather than naruto/sasuke. i would like to see itachis story after he left the village. what he did between the massacre and joining akatsuki. could be about the legendary sannin or even the Uzumaki clan and what happened with them

 

Man your not lying I wasn't even thinking in that sense. Plenty of Characters to choose from considering the complete void in some of the characters stories.

 

The problem is, it'll take like a 100000 years to came to Brazil ;\

I've recently seen this was a thing and I'm so excited for it!

 

Other News: Multiple accounts online have mentioned the possibility that the four new episodes that are coming out in September are going to be one hour long. It is important to note that this information hasn't been confirmed as of yet, but it could make sense given the occasion and what these episodes could potentially cover.

Only 8 More days! I highly doubt they will be an hour long though.
