1. I will NOT do anything crazy like 1-70+.
2. ALL accounts must be off of tutorial island.
3. No more than 2 skills will be trained at one time on the same character.

i'm not interested in what accounts i train, as long i get vouched for w/e work i do. And if that means leveling up a future str pure from level 1's? that's fine by me.
