What to do with this zerker?

It has: 80 attack, 86 strength, 45 defense, 76 ranged, 52 prayer, 94 magic, 81 hitpoints. Has barrows gloves and vengance. Does not have turmoil, korasi, any chaotic, or handcannon. I was considering just getting all of that, but is it worth the 47 defense and such, or should i just restart and stay 60 attack with turmoil?

 

47 defence is like 1 combat level, go dung and get a chaotic and then quest. Only start leveling prayer if you have a 150m to spend.

 

47 is a sick number do it.
The acc has got too much to let it go to waste make it good.
