Requesting TWC For - slowstroking1

I don't know if I can request a TWC, - if I can, Then.

I had added him on Skype, and talked to him about Swapping His 100M 07 For my RS3. I told him that he had to go first, since he was a new commer without absolutely any vouches and with a post count of 4.

He told me that I had to go first, or I could find an OMM. I said I would go Find an OMM, while I was looking for one, he had deleted me off skype 1 Minutes later without any reason.

In my eyes, this seemed abit sketchy.

- He Finally settled to a deal of 1:7.2 for his 07 when he wanted 1:8.

- Deleted me off Skype when I agreed to get an OMM and pay fee's. (Probably told me to find an OMM thinking I would say no and go first to pay him).
