usfine scam?

well i paid for 90m from then for 148$ or something and the order is confirmed and everything but now they refuse to do my order because i wont send them a picture id of me wtf? i asked for a refund i was told no that i had to file a complaint wtf so i did and we will see if i get my 150$ back

 

Yeah, they can't demand an id from you. They can refuse an order, but they can't hold your money because you won't send them an id of you..

 

well they are lol they wont refund it either till i talk to a manager in 12 hrs ill be asleep by then haha

 

they said its to verify its my paypal i thought that was the point in calling

 

so basically im asking should i dispute this on paypal or wait till i talk to the manager from japan XD

 

Dispute it. Whenever you ask for a refund, they'll just be like "our manager is sleep, check back later"

 

ha wow dont dispute i did that with another site where they told me 120 hours and like 2 weeks later they only did like 1/3 of the order and i asked for refund liek 3 days in a row and came back when told every 12 hour lolz disputed it and paypal they dont cover virutual goods so dooo not dispute

You wont get to talk to the manager... They tried the same thing on me. Turns out he never returned. I only found that out because I tracked their IP and found out that they are from CHina. Then i threatened them and they said alright we will refund you.

 

File a claim on the bitch

 

I'd just dispute. You'll get gold cheaper on the 1st anyways..

 

tell them you will report the ip to runescape and get all the accounts they are working on banned

 

Bro, this is actually quite normal, just block out certain things on your idk with a small strip of paper, like the License number Etc.

They ask for a few first time buyers, dispute it if you wish, but i can guarantee you'll receive the service when you email them a picture.

I've done it before, blocked out what was important and haven't any problems with ID theft or w/e.
