Name change

[Platinum Exchange]

Not too sure where / how to make a name change, I tried to make a new account and it said I’m only allowed 1 with my IP.

I have updated my shop name and would like to match it.

anything we can do like delete this account so I can create a new one with the fixed name? / update name for me

thank you
