You get this idea from mmoexchange? It wouldn't stop people from scamming, though it would allow the site to raise money.

However, you can currently just donate and then receive the emblem on your avatar which accomplishes the same thing i guess

I think you can verify pp with a pre paid visa or mastercard....not sure i can never find a straight answer for this.

verifyed pp is shit...they still limit your fucking account every 2 weeks...

You can buy 1 month upgrade with an unverified paypal. And i belive it would be easy for the person who verifies your paypal to get into your account. Im no paypal expert though.

 

You cannon pay people to verify your PP with vba's or the like.
