Offence: Never once mentioned he was going to bot service until I caught him out. He was going to thief my money by botting. It is his clear responsibility to inform prior to the service he was going to bot. TWC worthy.

He never once mentioned he was going to bot until I caught him out. In his defence he said he was going to tell me T.O.S later but he wanted to get started ASAP. This guy is a danger to the community.

This idiot never even gave me a chance to send him my TOS. I have since adjusted my policy on when I tell people to avoid situations like this in the future, as shown by the screenshot in the reply below ( which was taken BEFORE this report was even made )

Way too much time on his hands. Literally an absolute virgin with nothing better to do than make this report to stir up trouble, this is shown by bringing up @Wortel

I really do not see an issue here as long as i let everyone know, and don't start or take money for orders without them having knowledge.

 

Also, here is a clear example of me letting a customer know his service would be botted (this was before he posted this, because i told myself from now on i will just straight up tell people when i give quote this is a botted service, to avoid future situations like this)



Once again i want to clarify, my customers do not care usually, since these are level 3 accounts, so i shrugged off telling him until he fully committed. I can't tell u how many times a day i get messaged about doing increments, and then just have them never respond again. so most of the day while i'm in nursing school (I have no time other than the quick breaks in class, so i can't send full responses) I am casually glancing down at phone answering people's quotes and stuff with the knowledge that 9/10 of them aren't going to go through with it anyway!

I havn't done anything wrong and hopefully you can see this as well. This is just an obvious ban vader whose mom didn't give him enough attention when he was little.

I also have edited my TOS on the page to include that this is a botted service, but I always make sure the buyer is aware anyway. The reason it wasn't on there was because i wanted to make sure people knew, i didnt want to risk them not seeing the TOS and then halfway through an order back out.

I'm giving you the benefit of doubt here, but consider this a stern warning, you need to always make it clear whether you're botting or not before hand. I know you've conveniently added "I will be botting" in your ToS as of a few hours ago but this should have always been there. Despite it being in your ToS now, you need it still make it abundantly clear as the first thing you mention to customers from here on. Further instances of this will definitely warrant TWC, or worse.
