I am a huge league fan and have been playing for a while now. I want 2 buy a second account for myself to play ranked on in a certain role.

First off requirements for the account:
Lvl30
Euw server
Gold s2 and minimum gold 5 s3 max gold1/2
Must have all supports and adc including karma, morgana
Must have atleast the following 3 skins: Earnest elf tristana & reindeer kogmaw & victorious janna which is auto if s2 gold
Must have 5 rune pages with a descent amount of runes wiyh atleast
Magic & armor pen marks, armor marks, armor &armor per lvl seals(yellow), magic resist & magic resist per lvl glyphs (blue), flat ad marks & quints flat ap quints & gp10 quints

I also want a change to a email of mine for recovery if ever hacked.

I am willing to go first if you are a heavy vouched person otherwise we use a middle man.
