I am a Diamond 3 ADC main, so it would cost more if you want me to play an off-role/only use specific Champion(s). Boosting would be a lot faster with my preferred role. I prefer not to duo, but the cost would also be extra depending on the rank. If you want me to play out your promos, we would need to discuss the pricing in Skype.
