Relativity "MM Service"

Ok, Let me first say I have a Sythe Account, and I follow these forums regulary as I play OSRS/Trade Regulary on a Daily/Hourly Basis.

Secondly, take into consideration of this user "@Mercedes" User scamquit 1 time, then pardoned, as this inbred did. then Scammed the community. (Don't worry this will be so overlooked the user will continue to bumb, and attempt to scam what ever he chooses)

Funny enough, this user knows/Talks to Admins Daily aka @video (there are more, but I don't want this user handling the report especially)

Again, I ask HOW HOW HOW, is some user allowed to Scam, Pardon, Successful, Then immediately open up "MM Services, Gold Selling/Buying Threads" All the while HE WAS JUST PARDONED, find it extremely easy for a Scam. It's so disgusting the Admins/Mods/Workers on this site, don't care about something until something happens, Precaution isn't even in there vocabulary. So I'm posting this Anonymously but anyone with logs/Access can see my Sythe Username. I'm not hiding, just choosing to remain anon. if you want to "Infract" Me go ahead, I can already see this scam happening when it favors this user and it fucking angers me that the mods/admins don't fucking CARE AT ALL.

 

It's a free market people can do what they please, the whole reason for a pardon is to get a clean slate, we're not going to restrict people from the market after a pardon; that is what a DNT is for.

We also don't give conditional pardon votes (e.g unban with TWC) because if we feel they need a TWC we vote no on their pardon. In the end people will always scam; we can't help that & we're not fortune tellers. There are many users who pardoned successfully and are still here today helping the community.

However, this is a discussion in the SL currently to see if it's a smart idea or not to have conditional pardons.
