Ban Reason: Customer Poaching

Date: 2/2/2015

Why I feel I should be Unbanned:

* Customer Poaching is not Illegal, Nor will it ever be illegal BECAUSE THATS HOW BUSSINESS IS RAN.

*If customer poaching becomes illegal you should be banning every pepsi advertisement that advertises to someone drinking a can of coke.

*My ban is Mis-Placed and To my memory I never received a warning of not to poach in my life( That I can think of).

* According to Sythe.org what I did was not illegal.

*Even if it was considerd hijacking I was reported for ~ 1 Offence which stated here:
Thread Hijacking: Offering your services/Sales on the thread of someone else's services or sales

Is 1 infraction, not a 3 day ban.


*I would Like to Request the PM that was sent warning me.

* I would Like a high admin to deal with this(n4n0 you can aswell since ur the user that banned me).


* I would appreciate if you don't extend my punishment as Im quite confused, I'm a very strict business person/Rule Follower(besides excessive bumping) and would appreciate to hear from someone on this.


*If this Ban Stands it means you intend to ban every user thats customer poached which is *everyone.

* I hope I dont come off as rude and or pushy, I would simply like more then a "denied" from a high admin considering I have a good reputation and a good standing with most of sythe.


* Once again Please Dont take this in any form to be personal and or rude, I'd simply like my case to be dealt with accordingly to the rules, if the rules are changed then I would happily stop.

You're right. It's not illegal. If it was, you'd be permanently banned.

Sythe.org is a privilege. This is not your website and you're not allowed to continually attempt to "snipe" customers by soliciting advertisement via PM's.

Your ban is not disputable. Additional threads will continue to be ignored.
