Tfw you get on sythe for the first time today and see someone made a inb4 twc cause they were a a dumbass.
I don't think its TwC worthy. If you're not able to reach an adequate resolution through the company and they refuse you a refund you have every right to contact your card issuer and demand a reversal.
It doesn't matter anymore, didn't do the chargeback but care to elaborate with that? I wanna know more since I have no idea about chargebacks before and this was supposed to be my first ever chargeback.
