Need a title page

Hey guys, I'm in need of some help. As most of you know this month is all about finals in schools and for my final I need to make a magazine, and this magazine needs a title page. However, I am not very good with photoshop and I would like my title page to stand out. If you are willing to help and make me this title page and you will get paid obviously..
