Mystikal - Possible TWC?

I have seen the user LeonWolf arguing with the user Mystikal throughout the forums over an account sale.

I just wanted to point out that in the thread Mystikal used to sell the account, he claimed to be the original owner of the account: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=909352 .


Then when I was browsing the Item Exchange forum, I noticed his post (post #145) on this thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=923329&page=8 .

He claims that there have been previous owners of the account, and that LeonWolf is at fault for not asking if there were previous owners.


By selling the account, doesn't he assume responsibility if the account is recovered after the sale, even if by a previous owner? He also claims to be the original owner, so recovering it back should not be an issue?


I apologize if this isn't any of my business, or sufficient evidence for a TWC. I realize there needs to be evidence that the account has been recovered. However, I felt that I needed to post this because seeing someone sell an account then blame the buyer when it is recovered seems completely ridiculous to me. Hopefully this can be looked into further.
