Construction help?

Hey guys and girls. I've been thinking lately that I need teleports in a house just for convenience sake. However, I'm not familiar with this skill whatsoever. What are the best and fasted methods to get 50 construction. Baring in mind money is no object in this case. Thanks in advance.

 

I actually got 50 construction yesterday, did regular chairs up to 19 con then oak chairs to 33 and oak larders to 50. Also got a butler at 40. Can't remember the exact amounts of supplies used but it was around 150 regular planks and 1.5k oak planks with a few hundred steel nails used as well.

I think it took around an hour total, once you get the butler the xp goes by really fast.
