Has a match to his usual IP as opposed to a VPN like he's been using recently:

He's also used the accounts Ikovbuyer101/Alisha/Bluetorch69 to self vouch himself as he's done with other accounts the past few times he's come back (see above report and the previous one which is linked in it.)
If you notice they all went inactive mere minutes after posting on his thread for him and will more than likely have been created on VPN IPs.

It seems via Xxfatalgodz' report as well as a report on Ryan Frag yesterday that he now has another skype as well, being chris.bubbles2
