    Just a quick discussion on your guys opinions on using Creatine on a daily basis. For myself personally, I gained around 15 pounds due to the effects of being on creatine and the extra exercise it enabled me to do.
    I for one highly suggest looking into Creatine supplementation if you haven't done so before, its worked wonders on myself.

    I've always used creatine alongside my diet whey so I can't really give any comparison to working out without it. That being said, I've always been able to make quick progress in terms of increasing my weights and bulking up which, given research and others' reviews, is definitely helped by the creatine.

    One warning I took creatinine through the years while I worked out and after I stopped working out it seemed like my arms became a lot more flabby from the so called water in your veins.

    Correct, when you come off the supps your body sometimes has negative effects.

    I have been off creatine etc for quite some time and personally i haven't noticed the difference. I know from speaking to others though they have, the same applies with some whey proteins bloating you more than others and such.
