Briefly explain the trade: He has a thread called "Free Skill Training!!", I pm'd him stating that I would pay him 1m for all the hassles such as tutorial etc although it is free. Jackel203 the dog scammer replied by saying he has completed tutorial and would like the 1m now "just to be cautious" (although I mentioned ALL the hassles). He then asked me to meet him at G.E where I handed him 1m RSGP. He then asks for more money but this time for supplies as I asked him to train the agreed 1 to 57 summoning levels, he asks for 5-10m to put on the account because "it would make it a lot faster", He then told me to add it to his main account because the account he was supposed to train couldn't leave Taverely (obviously because the idiot did not complete tutorial <-- he lied). I gave him the money ofcourse, hours later I went to check on the account, logged in and found NOTHING was leveled, the MONEY was not even added and noobiest of all the fool did not even complete the TUTORIAL! LOLOOLLOOL.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: The screenshots show that he told me to meet his main.

Current quests/stats: Tutorial, Level 1 in all skills 10 in hp (basically untrained) - you can check the final image that it is still in tutorial.

I want Jackel203 the scammer to pay back my 6m or more and/or to get banned so no one else will have to face his poor services!

All I need to see to be able to ban him, is a duplicate copy of the PM between you two, except without the username and password blocked out (to verify the bottom picture is of the same account you gave to him).

You can send that picture to my PM box so you do not have to post publicly. Then Jackal will be banned and will have to dispute & offer you a refund if he wishes his unban to even be considered.

 

Received the account info via PM to verify he asked Jackel to train the specific account in the screen shot above, and I logged in myself to verify it was empty of cash and still in the tutorial: http://puu.sh/Mb82
