"If you log into the account before the task is finished, I will end my services"

Why are people allowed to add this to their service rules? Perhaps I'm missing something but it seems like no more than looking for an excuse to cancel the job and keep the costumer's money.

 

Its to deter you from interfering with training.

 

It's a pain if the account's owner runs around and leaves your training spot.

Like, if you're training hunter and the dude logs in to chill with some friends... you end up having to walk all the way back to chins yourself.

Contact your trainer on msn if you want them to take a break, most are fine with that as long as you return to the training spot when your done.

 

It's like paying for a service in real life; you have to follow their terms and conditions when purchasing a service. The same applies to Skill Training. It's a huge pain when people log onto the account when I'm skilling.

 

It sounds to me that it could give people who want to transfer all of the wealth off of the account a safety window to do that in.

Not saying that it isn't important to give the trainer the time he needs to work on it. After all, they are doing a task for a small amount of money because they are able to work on it on their free time, not time slots you provide for them.

Just pointing out one way this could shelter maliciousness.

 

If you don't like it, don't use their service. Simple.

 

I have not seen this clause abused in any major way. People mainly include these harsh rules as deterrents. 99% of the time if you do actually log in, they will still complete the service. It's there to provide a solid reminder to the customer not to interrupt them.

 

Because it's a pain in the ass to have to reset everything you were doing because the person wanted to log on and walk around or do something else. When I quested for a few people and they logged on and moved their accounts when I logged out in the middle of the quest it was a pain. It's just easier to do a job without interruption.

 

Granted I don't think they should completely cancel the training but I think they should do less or come to some other agreement. The person may need to do something important on their account although it still is a pain in the ass for the trainer.

 

Normally, if they use this Condition, they will have it in the thread, by using them as a service you agree to there Terms and Conditions, if you Don't like it. Dont Use them, its simple really.

 

If I had a skilling service I would include this in my terms. It's annoying having to get the supplies etc; all over again

 

As many others said, it's interrupts training and is a pain in the ass to reset everything the way you left it.

 

It also helps the account to not get banned. If two ips log on every-day than the account risks getting locked/banned or overwatched and if it's botting than it would be banned. They won't think much of a single IP for 2 weeks (excuse: holiday or some-sort)

 

Agreed, But on a side note, a trainer that uses that as a FALSE accusation to stop the training and keep money will most likely not be around very long.
