    This seller is not recommended, he messed around for 20 minutes, saying he wanted verification my my paypal etc, which I gave, I have more vouches, etc than him. Obvious time waster, possibly a scammer, would not recommend.

    Offers to go first. Fakes reverification of the Steam account he is offering you. But instead is reverifying an empty account.
    Request you to send him the confirmation code you received in your email so he can change secret question and password for you.
    Forges fake proof screenshots of the whole process.
    Sends you a fake MW3 cd key "NP7JV - 0DCXI - WLBCJ" for your safety so you can recover your account and proof ownership. Promises to take a screenshot of the manual displaying the key but never does so.
    Logs of from Skype after he received your payment.

    Going to hand in a full report soon.

    Meanwhile don't trade with this guy.
