Introduction: I decided to make a Wcing guide is because it's my favorite skill and it's my highest skill. This guide will show non-members and members how to get from 1-99 wcing like that.

Guide:

Method 1
~ 1-15 ~ (Non-members)

Ok so you still have that bronze ax you got from tutorial island right? Good. If not you can go to a chicken farm and get one from a "log." Now you want to start out by going to edgeville and go to the east of it where there are a ton of regular trees. WARNING: Edgeville is close to wild don't go to far. If you don't like Edgeville you can always just cut west of Lumbridge, or east of Varrock has close bank. Now chop 97 trees. I would bank them to use for firemaking.

Overview: East of Edgeville, West of Lumbridge, East of Varrock, Chop 97 trees.

Method 1
~ 1-15 ~ (Memebers)

Ok so you still have that bronze axe you got from tutorial island right? Good. If not you can go to a chicken farm and get one from a "log." You can either do the Edgeville way OR you can go South of Seers village. Bank the logs since it's only 97 logs and you are a member and can use for fletching.

Overview: South of Seers Village, Chop 97 trees.

Method 1
~ 15-30 ~ (Non-members)

Get a steel Axe from Bob's Axes. Well Draynor used to be a good place until you they added the guard in the tree, now there's only one. Around Lumbridge there are some oak trees, or chop west of Varrock there are two trees there also. You just have to search. Now cut 293 oak logs. I would bank them for firemaking.

Overview: Get steel Axe, Lumbridge, Cut 293 Oak logs.

Method 1
~ 15-30 ~ (Members)

Get a steel Axe from Bob's Axes. If you go to Castle Wars there are some good Oak Cutting spots there, and it's close to a bank. Still cut 293 logs and bank for fletching.

Overview: Get steel Axe, Castle Wars, Cut 293 Oak logs.

Method 1
~ 30-60 ~ (Non-members/Members)

Ok now you can cut Williows. Go to Draynor and cut williows there (for both non-members and members). It's the best spot. You can also go to Barbarian Outpost if you want. (For Members Only.) At 31 buy an addy axe. (I don't know how much they are). Cut 3,858 williows to get to 60. Bank them also. (They sell for 30 each, or you can use for firemaking or fletching [For Members]). At 41 you can get a rune axe now. They are 20k. At 45, if you are a member, you can move to Maples. Cut them at Seers and you need cut 2,123 maple logs to get to 60. At 60 you can either stay at williows/Maples or move to yews. The yew spots for non-members are:

~Varrock Castle
~Edgeville
~South of Falador

For me i personally like Edgeville just because they are closest to bank, but Varrock has the most trees I'm pretty sure. The advantage of staying on williows is that you get fast xp. The disadvantage of is you get barely any money. It's the oppisite with yews. You get faster money but slower xp.

Member areas are:

~Gnome Village
~South of Seers (2 spots)

Those aren't the only spots but those are my favorite. Gnome Village has 3-4 yews. Why i say 3-4 is because there is a tree spot that you can plant your own yew tree. But you need a high farming level for that.

Overview: Buy an addy axe at 31, Cut 3,858 williows to 60, Buy a rune axe at 41, Cut 2,123 Maples to 60, Place for yews, Advantages and disadvantages of williows and yews.

Method 2
~ 30 - 99 ~ (Non-members/Members)

Ok now you can cut Williows. Go to Draynor and cut williows there (for both non-members). It's the best spot. At 31 buy an addy axe. (I don't know how much they are). Cut 192,905 williows to get to 99. I know that may seem like a lot but it's some of the fastest xp you can get, if not the fastest.
At 31 buy an addy axe and at 41 buy a rune axe and at 61 (if your a member) buy a Dragon Axe. Even though they are expensive buy one, they've been proven to be at least 20% (if I remember correctly) better than rune.

Overview: Cut 192,905 williows to 99, Buy an addy axe at 31, Buy a rune axe at 41, Buy a Dragon Axe at 61 (Members).

Method 3
~ 30 - ?? ~ (Non-members/Members)

Cut williows from 30 - 45+/60+ in Draynor. If you get bored of williows or want to make money while cutting you can switch to yews at any time or you can do maples. Though williows are still better xp than maples at any time. I feel at lvl 90 yews do get quite fast maybe around the same xp per hour as williows, but if you want the fastest xp for sure stick to williows.

Overview: Cut williows till 45+/60+ and cut maples/yews when you want to change.

~ 60 - 75 ~ (Non-members/Members)

You need 13,877 williows logs (RECOMMENDED) to get to 60-75 wcing. You need 9,367 Maple logs to get to 75 and you need 5,353 yew logs to get to 75. Which ever path fits you best. At 61 (if you wanted to) you can get a D Ax. I LOVE it, but it does cost 2.7m-3m (Prices change look under forums for current price). At 75 you could if you wanted to cut mages, BUT those are the slowest xp ever. But i will give you the spots anyways:

~Gnome Village
~Sorcerers Tower/North of it
~Mage Training Arena (My personal favorite)

Overview: Cut 13,877 williows/9,367 maples, 5,353 yews to 75, Buy a D axe at 61

Method 2
~ 60 - 99 ~ (Non-members/Members)

To get to 99 from 60 you need 189,048 williow logs (RECOMMENDED TILL 90), 127,607 maple logs (members only), or 72,919 yew logs. I recommended doing williows till 90 then go to yews till 99 (If you want money). But if you don't care about money and want fast xp do williows.

Method 1
~ 75 - 99 ~ (Non-members/Members)

I'm going to say it but do NOT do it at any time. You need 47,297 mages to get to 99. Even though you need 175,171 williows and 67,566 yews it still takes WAY longer to chop the mages. So I repeat do NOT cut mages.

Overview: Do not cut the 47,297 mages, Cut the 175,171 williows for fastest xp, Cut 67,566 yews for ok xp and good money.

~~~~~ 1.7 Woodcutting Tips ~~~~~

-When you switch from a tree to a better tree, don't get discouraged because it's taking a while. Soon you will cut that as fast as the other.

-While chopping a tree browse the forums..BUT...when you click on your tree stay there till your guy has started..Or else bad things will happen.

-Keep your volume on so you know whats happening to your guy as your browsing forums.

-Make a log on forums or a piece of paper, it passes the time. (And update it)

-Talk to friends. It's a skill you can do it.

-Listen to music...Unless you like the rs music. If you do listen to RS music, change the songs up once in a while.

-Take a break. Play for 5 hours at max each day unless you want to get bored fast. 2 each day usually keeps you ready and refreshed and not bored to do other stuff.

-DON'T do other stuff, UNTILL you have your goal. You won't want to go back to it.

-Always jump back to the runescape page, even if you don't hear you cutting down a tree, if you looking at another one for two reasons. 1. So you don't log out. 2. Bird's Nests! Also the seeds in the bird's nest could be useful!
