my signature please help

hey guys I want to re put my signature cus it was to large before... but everytime I put it in it wont work tells me the file is to freaking large 40kb* and the size has to be 19.9.... im getting really tired I see people with large signatures but no mine has to be tiny it doesn't make sense... I put in 650pixels width and 350 height and it doesn't work if any1 can help me it would be a pleasure ! much appreciated

Put [.IMG]http://i42.tinypic.com/24mavm8.png[/IMG] in there. Remove the dot.
