Making the change from a 1 def pure to 40 def

what quests should I do for def xp?

 

Completing dragon slayer will give you 18,650 defense experience -- which if you're at level 1 defense will boost you to level 33 defense.

Or just train it like normal.

 

Dragon slayer will help you out a lot, as the guy above me said. you can search up quests that give def xp on google and there is a lis tof them

 

Make sure to do the quests for rfd that give def exp.

Nature Spirit - 3k?
What Lies below - 2k
In Search of the Myreque - 2k
In Aid of the Myreque - 600
Between a Rock - 5k?
The Blood Pact - 100xp

Dragon Slayer is great, but in all honestly 1 - 40 will not take long at all, so just train it normally IMO.

 

Well if he's gonna become a rune pure or zerker, you can't train it normally.

 

diffidently dont just train it, you have to quest it all. if you dont quest it all, you will find yourself later down the road trying to something (i.e rune platebody) and then you have to do the quest, and you will then be like 50 defence, which would = a failed account. you must quest it all.

this is an awesome guide, and i am currently reading it myself as i am building one.

 

Do every quest needed for barrows gloves and turmoil and you'll end up on 40 def. don't worry about doing the def quests in particular, just get those things and the def will sort itself out.

 

defender of varrok, nature spirit i know are 2 of the 3 or 4 quests needed for a 30 defence turmoil pure so that gets you 30 def at least
