My recent ban.

Dear Sythe and Deathsnova,

I have recently received a two month ban for posting real life information.
The picture that I posted was honestly 100% posted as a joke, I did not intend to offend anyone in the posting of it, and I am very sorry if it was taken this way. I am very sorry for this and now realize how it could be unwanted and something that is not fair to Deathsnova to post.

The picture is one that has been posted by Deathsnova himself as you can see in this topic. A former administrator (Terrankiller) has already stated that this picture has already been posted on Sythe when someone else posted it. (Showing the eyes, but the full picture was already posted as well.) I saw these kinds of remarks and did not feel that posting it would be against the rules based on these, it was already common around Sythe.

I would love to be able to return to the Sythe community and feel this was a big misunderstanding. This was completely intended as a joke and not to hurt anyone's feelings and once again, I am truly sorry if I did hurt someone because of this.

Deathsnova, I am personally sorry if I hurt your feelings with this picture, I meant it as a joke and did not mean for you to be offended and am sorry if it did.

So where are the "already posted" pictures of his Twitter? account that you had in the thread? Those pictures included his real name as well as another picture which, to my knowledge, has not released on Sythe.

From your response, I can only say it is unfortunate that the picture from his twitter hasn't been released on Sythe (despite extensive searching).

Despite this however, I have reason to believe that the name on the picture of his twitter account is not his real last name. I can't disclose that here, for obvious reasons, but I frequent the IRC so I can provide it to any staff if need be.

Also, if it's worth noting (however I'm not sure if it is), Deathsnova has posted his blog under the "homepage" details on his profile. If one would visit his blog, it clearly shows his twitter *right there*, as soon as you're on it. I pardon myself if this is not valid proof of anything, however.

If he didn't give you permission to post his twitter, then you're guilty.
