A small banner I made for a friend

The text, as it may seem simple, it actually pretty complex and uses multiple layers for each letter.

 

That looks nice .
I would lower the outer glow, and maybe sharpen a little?
I like the reflect effect you used on the bottom, and the lines under the letters (is that a pentool)?
Oh and forgot to mention, colors look really nice.
