Making Barrows Pure

Well I did some googling but I couldn't find a guide to make a barrows pure.

Currently, my acct has 58 atck, 70 str, 58 def. All f2p quests completed and going to be p2p soon.

What I really want to know, is which quests are necessary before I get the 70 def? Have I already trained too much def?

Also, what is the ideal outfit and what are the quests needed to get these items?

For example, rune pures arent supposed to train def at all because if they do all the quests for barrows gloves, they will end up with exactly 45 def. Is making a barrows pure similar?

Get 60 defence, that will be fine.. open all the quests you want to do before u Get 70 defence, check wether they Give def xp or not. If they do, then do them... like heroes and stuff..
