Linkinpark ANYONE?

post here if you're a linkinpark fan!

 

Linkinpark = total epic fail.

 

Good band? Yes. Overrated? Yes.

 

I liked them when I was 10.
They used to be alright.

 

I like em, I think Hybrid Theory was their best album though.. Minutes to Midnight was kinda blahh..

 

I used to listen to Linkin Park quite a bit they had a few good songs. More recently I have enjoyed Busta Ryhme's song We Made It which features Linkin Park.

 

Busta Ryhmes is actually one of the few rappers holdin it down atm

I don't think I've heard that song though

 

They're okay. I liked them more before their newest Album. (Minutes to Midnight,I think) Their older stuff is a lot better than their newer.

 

I used to like them, then they started to suck and now I just can't listen to any of their stuff.

I prefer a lot of the old bands (Pink Floyd, anyone? ).

 

I used to like them when it was cool to like them. Hahah nah joking, i'm not like that.

When i first heard them, i loved them. They were my favourite band for like 5 years hahah. I have 'Linkin Park - Numb' as my ringtone, it's been my ringtone for like 2 years. I actually hate it, but my phone is gay and won't let me set songs that are too big of a file because ringtones on my phone have to like go into a temp folder or some bullshit. So yeah, i've got like 19 seconds of 'linkin park numb' as my ringtone. I have other ringtones from better bands but they go for like 10 seconds. I'm like "fuck, i can't even pull my phone out of my pocket that quick", which is why i have to stick with numb for now -.-

 

I liked linkin park back when they released their 1st 2 albums. The main singers voice had changed dramatically over the last few years and I miss the really cool kind of scream voice he had in his songs. Nowadays they sing really gay poofy music with no 'oomph' to it... if u know what I mean.
I also liked the album of theirs where they partnered with Jay-Z, twas pretty epic

 

Can you explain why it's total epic fail?or is it that you don't like them?
Because if you don't like them just say so,it doesn't make sense that they fail just because you don't like them.

The newest Album hybrid theory has very nice songs.

Linkin park sucks so bad now.
there old stuff was great but now all they sing about is how bad they suck.

 

They're alright depending on what mood I'm in tbh.
I used to like idolise Chester Bennington and Mike Shinoda but there is so much music out there which is so much better.

Minutes to Midnight isn't a bad album, it's just a huge change from their old songs. Leave Out All The Rest, In Pieces, Valentines Day, Hands Held High (Best song on the album imo), they're good songs but the rest is sort of bad when put up against Hybrid Theory and Meteora.

Applied what are you on; "The newest album hybrid theory"...

 

Liked them like 6 years ago when they were new.. Now they are just annoying to be honest, every single runescape video has one of their songs in it. I usually mute them and play my own music.

 

I WAS a linkin park fan only because of Hybrid Theory.

 

THIS. Their old stuff was really good.

 

I favor some of their songs, but not all.
