84+strength
80+defence
80+range
50+prayer

2 c bow/karils with 3k racks
robin/god coif or karils coif
ranger boots/rune boots
god cape
barrows gloves/dragon/rune/blk d hide vamb
20 super restore(4)
super set(4)
range pot(4)
19 sup restore if you provide 2 c bows
