Posting for HaHanerd

Posting this on his behalf, as he requested it. Basically here is the issue according to him. The proof given that banned him shows an account on a different site, with the name of HaHanerd, encouraging and participating in phishing of RS accounts. This is his brother, who is not a member of sythe, and who does in fact phish RS accounts.

HaHa has not and does not phish. The Msn's for the HaHa from the other site and this one do not match. Drew, Tmoe, and several others attest to the fact that they know of, and have personally spoken on the phone with HaHa and his brother regarding the issue, and are forwarding evidence of this to staff.

The main evidence that he believes got him banned is the matching IP of the account on the other site and that of HaHa here, which is explained by the fact that he and his brother share a computer at home.

Thats the story according to him, and I due to the positive trade history I have seen from his, I am more than inclined to believe it. Interpret it as you will.
