If you can help me recover my moms work file shes been working on ALL day I she thinks she saved it under MWord, but she's not sure where she saved it on a server, but what are some suggestions on finding it. If you help me find it I'll pay you 50$

So the guy sent you the email you, she opened and modified it, then she saves it.

 

She should check under a folder called "Temp"

 

If it's a .txt file she should go to the Windows start menu , and search programs and files for ".txt" .
Also , try looking in downloads , documents , pictures , etc .

 

His mom is just going to work on the paper again. He didn't want help anymore, even though it seemed relatively simple to solve and we were probably only a few minutes away.

Well you were correct on that, I started to help him, he said she was just going to re-do it, and asked for my paypal to give me something. I gave it to him and haven't seen anything yet. It doesn't bother me, I would have helped anyway, but it's the principle.
