    I'm having trouble writing text, the other layers keep getting in the way how do I stop that? o_O Soz for being a PS noob

    Make a new layer and drag it to the top of all the other layers and leave it there if you make a layer on top of it just drag the text layer on top again... The text layer should always be on top unless you have an overlay or something altering the text.

    If you double click the "T" In the layers palette it brings you straight to that layer of text. If you are trying to bring a text forward on the canvas simply drag the layer of text above all the others.
