My new project

Making a site that is basically photobucket + rapidshare combined.

You register, a folder is created, you upload anything in that folder. Spread your link, any1 can download.

So far, it's almost done. I just need a few bug's fixed, make it so you upload into your folder, and I need to add a design to it.

It's onshore host, I can't find an offshore host that would let me host it lol..

Btw, when I am done with this code 100%, i'm thinking of selling it. would any1 be interested in buying? It has the potential to make shit tons money. But you need money to get it started =/.

havn't worked on this since i posted lol. ima add a video uploader/player aswell

 

its.. ok, afew things you need to add is a users library, simple script to read all things in a the users directory and display them and you might want to show the bb code aswell as the dl link.

 

Pro-tip: basic design comes first.

It sounds like a big project, and I doubt you have any documentation that you're following . I'm guessing your code is also going to be very sloppy in the end without being immediately plugged into an existing design >.<.

In the future, whether it's simple or complex, try having at least some design setup ready so it's easier to develop on.

 

Awesome site man, needs the design shit as said before, the white is very plain.
But very nice work on the coding, and add the Library system so you can build a nice Portfolio.
I Registered, logged in, and uploaded an Image. The Link works fine.
