J-coins?

has anyone bought j-coins before? if so, how long did it take you before you received the email from jagex confirming the order?

I bought the j-coins and they said that they will send me an email within 30 mins and i still haven't received one yet. Just curious because i really need my account out of negative j-coin balance...

 

I believe the only way you can buy j-coins if your account is negative is PaybyMail. Not completely sure.

 

Sorry Man, never even really heard about them though like BuiltNotBought said I think its from having a negative balance using the Pay By Mail method Jagex uses.

You could make a forums post I'm sure or contact Jagex yourself if your still having problems with it.

they're the virtual jagex currency and if you charge back after applying membership through credit card, check payment or a bank payment they will give you a negative balance.
