If someone sends me money as gift, will he/she be able to dispute it back after 2 days or more?

Yes they can dispute it for up to 90 or 180 I believe. But of course, after a month or so, It will be suspicious and you'll most likely win.

There's no getting out of anything with paypal my account's now limited due to pathetic kiddies who decided to dispute after they'd' received there gold. It's alright though. I have there ip so they can expect there internet to go down very soon.

Sorry but incorrect. If paid via Credit Card, payments can be disputed for up to 6 months after the payment was made. That is why when accounts are limited, paypal makes you wait 180 days before you can withdraw any remaining funds in your account. That way if a chargeback is issued later down the line, the funds will still be there.

It's not "after how many." It's "What percent of your trades have been disputed"

Acceptable Numbers:
<1% chargebacks
<3% disputes
<5-10% refunds
Anything over, and paypal will investigate/limit/close your account.

 

Try to dispute a payment you made, as a gift.
It will not let you.

They can, however dispute as unauthorized.

 

Currently have someone disputing $90 from me, they sent via gift and attached a note saying a lot of stuff that should help me. Hope it works =]
