Project ideas

It's my holidays now, and i've got loads of time on my hands now, apart from my training and part time job commitments...

Instead of playing computer games and surfing the internet i was wondering if i could work on something interesting that would be a great addition to my life.

So here am i, posting here to ask you sythers for ideas and suggestions. Fire away!

 

I've decided the same.
Currently, I am
1. Learning how to make beats with FL Studio
2. Practicing my bass guitar

Maybe I'll learn programming. I'm not sure about that yet, though.

 

Haha i tried programming back then and i gave up instantly. I wonder how people actually learn it, it's like alien language

 

Well, that's how everything is at, first, isn't it?
Persistence and contingency is very important.
Knowing not to give up, no matter how hard it is.

If you are like me, starting something new and continuing doing it would haven't been a problem in the past, no matter how difficult it was.

Ever since I've discovered the internet, I couldn't be bothered to do anything else not as entertaining.

This has made me very lazy, and I have committed myself to get myself out of this trap.

Care to join me in my endeavor?

Bah, programming sounds boring :3. How about taking up an instrument?

 

I've been doing the same, i am currently DJing with virtual DJ and a nurmark mix track pro, i have recently started to write raps / beats, i want to either make more beats or start making dubstep remixes and eventually write my own songs.

Music. Anything music related would be awesome, and fun, and the options are just endless. You can create some music on your computer like suggested above, learn an instrument or if you already know one, get together with your friends and jam. Or you can just write some lyrics?

I also really like to write, personally. If you like to write, maybe you could make a small writing project, such as writing a short story, or some poetry or whatever you feel like?

Or even another alternative if the above don't really sound appealing - learn how to cook! The holidays is a time thats jam-packed with treats, baked goods, and delicious meals. Why not hop in the kitchen with your family, or by yourself with a cookbook, and learn how to bake or cook or whatever suits your fancy? You could impress your family & friends with a delicious meal or a snack Great skill for impressing the ladies in the future too.
