Powerleveling magic with Usfine

I used Usfine before and they were pretty good and now I'm going to powerlevel my magic. I just want to ask some qeustions before I buy it:
Do you need to provide the runes and all the equipment so Usfine can level your account or do they do it for you???
Can you ask for a non-combat method of training so my other skills don't level up(my account isn't a pure so the PurePkers Service will probably not suit me)?

They state nothing on their website about having any equipment.
