Rate my staker??

Hey guys, i'm here questioning my ability to win stakes on an account i'm currently working on.
I plan on range boxing (just c'bow, knives, morrigan axes/javs, etc.) and no armor on. I've recently won some big stakes up to 300m On my range tank which was
Range:99
Def: 70
Mage:94
HP: 88
pray:52
summ:1
94 combat

It was pretty good considering i even had quite a few CB lvls added on due to prayer. But my question is about the account i have right now. I plan on getting it to 99 range then staking but i'm questioning whether i should stop now to keep from gaining 5 more combat levels? here are the stats right now:
80 combat

range:94
def:50
HP:83
Pray:19 (only added 2 Cb lvls)
Summ:1

So should i get 99 range, 88 hp and add 5 more combat levels to be 85 combat or stay where i am?

Looks pretty good so far, but why the 19 pray even if it only adds 2 cb lvls?

 

Max out the defence and hitpoints and it will be an even more beastly staker than it is now.

Max out the magic as well and it will be godly.

 

Thanks guys. and yes i'm working on maxing the hp, defence, and magic }=) and the 19 prayer is due to quests that i unfortunately did but nevertheless, i think it's looking pretty good myself
