Well this guy scammed me about 130$. I sold him gp but about a month later he charged back. Now i have some fun doing prank calls . But I couldn't get his number, if anyone knows how to get it, I appreciate it

Why don't you ask him for it? Just say, "Hey i want to prank call you, whats your phone number". I'm sure he will gift it you.

 

It's easy enough to fake an address, and scamming paypal accounts are often stolen to begin with. You won't be getting a phone number.

You were scammed, deal with it and move on. Prank calling would be embarrassingly immature, and wouldn't get you anywhere.
