    Haa you got soo close. Obvoiusly get 99 hp. Then maybe skill for some mills?

    Or go range staking and get 85 range...

    You could finish up 99 HP at SW and make it into an awesome SW skiller, or you could make it a pro staker. You'll seriously own with HP that high :p

    Wow, lots of dumb people around here.
    Just get it to 99 HP and sell it with all of the stats at 1.
    People will go fucking batshit in f2p/p2p seeing a level 24 with a HP cape.
    Do it for the uniqueness.
