Anime Cloud

Found some line art on goooooooooogle and gave it some life.
I will say its Cloud from FF7, because thats what the picture said.
Does anyone know how to make horizontal lines look less pixalated?

yeah I love the use of the brushes, just curious were the lines horizontal to begin with or did you rotate the pic afterwords?

and the the lines i'm talking about are the ones around the border, they look dumb to me but i dont know how to make them look smooth
