My java is down - HELP

    My java is down - HELP
    Yeah, well when I go to www.runescape.com and press play now it loads a lil and then it shuts down the whole internet screen... The only way i can play is with runescape client with can be downloaded from runescape site...
    bots don't work, some other internet games do not work ect.. What's the problem? :(

    And when I do go to java.com and press "Do I have Java?" It closes the internet again.. can someone help me please :(
