Album Cover I designed for a commercial job

I was designing a album cover for a real life band and amongst the concepts I came up with I think this one was my best (client chose another one but ohwell)

Here it is, what do you think?

i like that the only thing that i thank could use some fixing is the red in the bottom right i could be a bit darker. Nice work!

Very nice work, ive always been a fan of silhouettes. Very warm and inviting image. But like ^ said the red on the bottom might be a bit darker. And I think the light spots are throwing me off a bit; It would be less distracting and more timeless with out them IMO. Also, shouldnt the shoes on the left be darker? or does that make them too indistinguishable? [extreme nitpicking because there isnt much that i'd change]1

Edit: I can almost envision a keltic style boarder around this.

 

theres to much going on everywhere you know what I'm saying? No depth really the people the sky or the trees should maybe be blurred, the lighting is over everything even the dark trees and it seems pretty low quality though it could be the upload. also seems kinda instagramy ha but pretty cool pick very cliche ha.

 

What kind of music was it anyways? Judging by the picture I'd guess spa music.

Yeah, I'd like to say I'm a better designer now and if I were to re-do it I would work on depth if I remember but at that time I was basically over doing it and couldn't really be bothered haha.

Chilled rock music I believe. He's kind of remembering his childhood with the album

 

yeah i thank the other one fits it better. this one reminds me of Country music.

 

I like the pig race, its got a lot of good implications for growing up/rat race stuff which im sure would relate to him remembering his childhood.

Kind of surprises me that the artists name isnt on it though. ...unless you removed that intentionally?

 

He requested his name to not be on the front cover, not sure why. I did remove the album's title however for sythe purposes.

 

Could you upload a version with a fake title? I'm curious where you placed it. I'd put it either in front of the pigs or in-between the pigs and the dude.

Also curious about the font / typography.
