    My attitude.

Just I have the I cba attitude, or i'll do it later.

I mean I have 7 weeks holiday and I want to loose a bit a of weight but tbh, I know I want to but I don't think I can make myself persist to do it. I need a great motivation of some sort.

Also when it comes down to handing in assignments etc, I haven't done them and they are usually overdue. I just need to know how to get around this I will attempt to do it, but loose interested after say a few hours and just think wth, and just continue doing what I would normally.

    Thanks.

That doesn't really bother me. I think its because I don't mind the weight and what I look like atm, sure I would like to look better but I honestly cba/don't care if you get me.

    My attitude.

Start small, don't try and throw yourself into the deep end with a big exercise program.

For example, the first day run a kilometre. Then do it again the next day. Now miss the third day, and do a little more the fourth.

This is what I did when I started running; every few days you gradually improve without killing yourself day in day out.

As for the schoolwork, the same kind of thing applies. Set aside an hour for the work instead of two or three, and gradually work your way up.

    Good luck.

Im kind of the same way, just find a type of exercise you enjoy like a sport. Than you will want to get better at the sport which will cause you to work out while playing the sport and you might start doing push ups and stuff away from the sport

Invite a friend to join you in losing weight. It's always funner to workout with someone and you can both motivate each other. Keep in mind that you need a healthy diet and lot's of sleep. Eliminate fast-food from your diet and you'll find the pounds falling off you. :)

If your able to I would join a fitness facility. You can meet a ton of people there and work out with multiple people.

Also the majority of hem have 5 different ways to exercise/train.

    You'll be looking in the 15 - 30 a month range.

Also a good place to check put the ladies =P

You should try running 1/4 a mile a day and doing any exercise for 20 minutes. You should after 2 weeks start doing 1/2 a mile a day, and at least 30 minutes of any exercise. Slowly and steadily you'll be getting more fit, and skinnier. As for the motivation aspect - the amount of minutes you spend exercising , you get on the computer? It's just an idea, do whatever works for you. Wishing you all the best.

Stay a fat piece of shit for life then, and watch as all your lean friends get all the chicks while you sit there eating donuts.

-Insults is the main motivation for me, i insult myself basically the whole time i am working out. When i'm struggling one weights i will say to myself 'come on you weak piece of shit, if anyone could see this right now, they'd be laughing at you' etc. Helps me, i don't know if it would for you though.

    My attitude.

This may be a psychological issue. I've seen many people who where psychologically evaluated with near the same problems. It sounds like something along the lines of depression, stress, or being neglected. This can not be accurate, and please do not self-diagnose yourself (worse thing you could do). Though this does seem more of depression than anything else, have you taken insight in seeing a counselor? Seeing a psychologist is not bad like most people say it is. When I went through depression, I never knew it until I went to a psychologist. Similar experiences as well, I had lack of motivation, lack of interest towards most activities/work and so forth. It's not necessarily a lack of motivation as most users have said. Talk to a parent or guardian about this issue and see what advice they can give you. If I was your parent, I'd defiantly take insight into a psychologist or the family doctor to see if this problem can be diagnosed or not.
