    This is not the marketplace.

Otherwise for the signature, conventionally a signature is landscape so it can fit in a signature space or be a wallpaper, etc. For inside the tag, it looks quite basic with some C4d renders in the background and then a dude sitting on top, there is no blending really. The adjustment layer or whatever you used on him to make him really light also looks out of place as the background is mostly black. You need to work on blending.

For a beginner playing with the burn, dodge, sharpen and blur tools is a good way to go to better blend your render with the background by creating lighting and shadows while having the blur tool make it so the render isn't just sitting on the canvas out of place.

    Try this tutorial out. http://www.sigtutorials.com/tutorials/basics/basic-grunge.html

I'm glad you're getting into graphics (great skill to have). It's been a while since I've done anything, but I'll try to give you a few tips:

    1. Since you are just starting, I highly recommend you don't go down the C4D - stock image - slap on a gradient map method. Make your own style and experiment with it.
    2. While c4ds are really nice and can add some great details, try other methods such as smudging a stock/background to create a nice composite.
    3. Try to blend things. I shouldn't be able to see a complete C4D and a stock completely seperate like you've done there.
    4. Try to come up with a "theme". While this isn't always neccesary, having a general theme, idea, or a style in a piece can be really beneficial to it.
    5. And finally, listen to the people at sythe. We have great members who are extremely talented and listening to them can help you improve. Post your pieces you work on, experiment with new ideas, and listen to cc.

For your first signature, that's really good. Also, for a signature try to make it a more desirable size. Signatures tend to look nicer when they are more rectangular. For general pieces, it doesn't matter.
