Where have I seen this before? xD

I like it, but the left seems a bit bland. But hey, what would I know. ;)

The lighting effects of the focal, and the lighting effects you made with photoshop are mismatched in value, intensity, and direction. It makes the focal look copy-pasted over the top of an unrelated background stock.

Specific parts which conflict are the right side on top of his sleeve. You created a very intense light source, but the part of the focal that it's overlapping with is shaded by a light source coming from the far left of the frame of the stock you used. Another conflict, really, is the whole image. Your background gives the illusion of high intensity ambient lighting (meaning objects in the frame would have very low shadow values), while the focal stock has hard and deep shadows, suggestive of a single key light with no-- or very low intensity-- fill light.

As a result, along with little attention to blending, the focal stands out unnaturally from the background.

Some positives are the colors and composition of the focal.

Overall, it's decent. Keep it up

Need work on your blending, the render doesn't fit in with it properly right now, but it will with some colour mixing or filters, try placing some lighting around the render as well. But I do think it's a nice piece generally.
